Basketball "Free For All" Set For Wednesday During Exhibition Games

Women play LSU-A at 5 p.m.; men to face Loyola at 7:15

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will host a fan "Free for All" on Wednesday (Nov. 5) during the men's and women's basketball exhibition games at the Cajundome.

The Ragin' Cajuns will tip off their exhibition season with the women's game against LSU-Alexandria at 5 p.m., followed by the men's game against Loyola at 7:15. Admission is free to both games.

Fun jumps will be available for younger fans with fans eligible to participate in in-game contests, receive a free schedule poster and get autographs after the game. All UL students who attend will receive a free t-shirt (while supplies last).

The exhibition game is the first of two for the Ragin' Cajuns women's team, with its second contest against Spring Hill College set for Nov. 10.

Louisiana will officially tip off the season on Nov. 14 when the men's team hosts Louisiana College and the women's team travels to face Lamar in Beaumont, Texas. Tipoff for both games is scheduled at 7 p.m.
