Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns soccer team will look to end a three-game skid this weekend as UL opens Sun Belt Conference play on the road at South Alabama and Troy.

On Friday, the Cajuns travel to Mobile, Ala. to face the Jaguars at 7:00 p.m., before taking on the Troy Trojans on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in Troy, Ala.

After a 4-1-1 start, which was the best through six matches in program history, the Cajuns have endured three consecutive setbacks. The most recent was a 2-1 loss at Nicholls State on a goal in the 86th minute.

Delaina McGee notched her second goal of the season on Sunday at Nicholls State, making her the third Cajun with multiple goals this season.

Defender Allison Baker, the veteran in terms of matches played, participated in her 67th career match on Sunday. Baker is seven appearances away from the program's all-time career Top 10 in matches played.

South Alabama comes into Friday's contest with a 7-1-1 record. The Jaguars ran off seven straight wins before earning a draw against Morehead State on Sept. 16. The Cajuns have won the last two meetings against USA posting a shutout in both contests.

The Trojans have stormed out of the gate, netting 21 goals through the season's first nine games Alissa Jones (6) and Chelsey Williams (4) have combined for 10 of the squad's goals tally. Troy is 3-0 at home, the most recent victory a 3-2 triumph over Jacksonville State. The Trojans have won the last three meetings with Louisiana, while the all-time series is tied at 3-3.

Post-game coverage of both games will be available on RaginCajuns.com.
