>>>Louisiana was without second-leading scorer Mercedes Johnson Tuesday evening. Johnson became the fourth all-time leading scorer in Ragin' Cajuns history with a basket last Friday night against San Diego.
>>>The Cajuns were led by senior Krystal Motley who scored a career-high 27 points and had four assists. Motley was 7-of-10 from the field, including 3-for-3 from behind the arc, and a perfect 10-of-10 from the charity stripe.
>>>Kemi Rotibi finished with her second double-double of the season Tuesday night. She scored 16 points, had 10 rebounds and a career-best six blocks. Josie West also finished in double figures with 11 points, while tallying six rebounds and three assists.

>>>The Ragin' Cajuns shot 65 percent and outscored SELU 41-32 in the second half to pull away from the Lady Lions.
>>>UL made 7-of-10 free throws in the final 2:19 to seal the game in Tuesday night's victory.
 
CLOSING OUT ON SHOOTERS
>>>Louisiana's perimeter defense stepped up against SELU holding them to a season-low one three pointer on 1-of-6 shooting for the game. Perimeter defense was a key issue in the loss to San Diego where they went 7-for-10 from outside.

>>>Louisiana posted season-bests in field goals made and shooting percentage on Tuesday going 24-for-48 from the floor.
>>>The Cajuns scored 69 points last game, marking the most points scored this season. UL was 8-2 when breaking the 70-point barrier last season and will look to do it for the first time this year on Saturday versus Southern.
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns dished out a team-high 14 assists in the contest with Southeastern Louisiana, giving them 52 on the year and nearly nine a game.
