Sam Gibson joined the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Volleyball program as the chief of staff in September 2020.

Gibson comes to Louisiana after spending the previous two years in a similar role as the operations associate for Purdue women’s soccer and softball.

A native of Greenwood, Indiana, Gibson earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with a certificate in entrepreneurship from Purdue University in 2019.

During her time as a student, she was a four-year football student manager. Additionally, she interned for the Indianapolis Indians, the Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, for the 2017 season.
