Kayln Sticher joined the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns staff as Associate Director of Sports Nutrition in July 2018.
 
Before coming to Louisiana, Sticher spent the 2017-18 season as the Sports Performance Coach for the Texas A&M Women’s Basketball program.
 
Prior to working with the Aggies, Sticher was an Athletic Performance and Nutrition Assistant at Baylor University, where she designed and implemented training programs for the Women's Tennis program, as well as assisted with Football, Soccer, Track & Field, Volleyball, Acrobatics and Softball. She also assisted with the sports nutrition program for all Bears sports, including Football, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball.
 
Sticher arrived at Baylor from the University of Missouri, where she was the Assistant Director of Athletic Performance from 2012-16. Her responsibilities included designing and implementing training programs for the Tigers' women's tennis, men's & women's swimming, men's & women's track & field, and gymnastics programs, in addition to assisting with the athletic performance program for football. She completed her master's degree in Educational School and Counseling Psychology at Missouri in December of 2013.

Prior to her time at Missouri, Sticher was a student assistant in Strength & Conditioning at Northern Arizona from 2010-12, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for the Lumberjacks' women's swimming & diving, men's tennis and women's tennis programs. She also assisted in the strength and conditioning programs for football, men's basketball, women's basketball, volleyball and soccer. Sticher was also a member of the women's basketball team at Northern Arizona.

Sticher, a Colorado native, is the daughter of Ross & Kim Sticher. She holds her CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and her SCCC through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches association.
