- Pulgar had one of the most outstanding freshman seasons in school history racking up a jaw dropping 17-3 record.
- His winning percentage of .850 put him the top ten in school history for a single season.
- He had a record of 12-8 in doubles matches playing most with Neil Schneider.
- He was 7-1 from the number three position in the lineup.

- Went 10-3 in singles play
- Won his bracket of the UL Men's Invitational
- Won six matches in the ITA Southern Regional Championships
