Louisiana Baseball Announces 2024 Promotional Schedule

LAFAYETTE – The 2024 promotional schedule for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Baseball team has been set for the 34-game home schedule at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park.

Several promotions will be highlighted during the entire season, including Trivia Tuesday's, Lafayette Roofing Friday Night Bingo, Warning Track Horse Racing on Saturday, Kid's Day on Sunday and the single-game classics of the Home Furniture "Best Seat in the House" and Evangeline Maid Lucky Row.

Beginning on Opening Weekend, fans attending the Louisiana-Wright State series on February 16-18 will be able to receive a team poster giveaway.

Youth League Weekend is scheduled for Louisiana's series against Rice on February 24-26 with UL Faculty/Staff Appreciation Night and Bring Your "A" Game set for the Ragin' Cajuns March 20^th game against McNeese.

The annual Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Dudley DeBosier, is set for March 24 against Old Dominion with the Our Lady of Loudres "Strike Out a Stroke" Weekend scheduled for Louisiana's series against ULM on April 5-7.

Additional promotions in the month of April include "Decades Weekend" on April 12-14 during the Marshall series and "Louisiana Salutes" for the Southern Miss series on April 26-28.

The UL Athletics Marketing staff will have a Spring Cleaning Day for the Ragin' Cajuns final midweek game of the season against Jackson State on May 7 with extra promos/giveaways from all sports throughout the year for all fans.

ALL SEASON PROMOTIONS
TRIVIA TUESDAYS
For all Tuesday games, fans can play along with themed trivia questions at the top of each inning, ending in the sixth inning. Once completed, cards with all right answers will be entered to win exclusive prizes.

LAFAYETTE ROOFING FRIDAY NIGHT BINGO
The first 500 fans each Friday can pick up a Baseball Bingo card. The first five fans to hit "Bingo" will win special giveaways, gift cards, and apparel.

WARNING TRACK HORSE RACING
Three contestants each Saturday will race horses along the outfield wall.

SUNDAY KIDS DAY
On Sundays, kids 12 and under will have the opportunity to be anthem buddies on-field with the team and run the bases after the game. One Young Ragin' Cajuns club member will be selected as a Junior Announcer for the third inning and will take over the airwaves for the Cajuns batters of that inning.

THE CLASSICS
Fans attending any game have the chance to be selected for the Home Furniture "Best Seat in the House" ticket upgrade or be seated in the Evangeline Maid Lucky Row - receiving gift bags of bread and other Evangeline Maid gear.
