Baseball Fan Day Moved To Sunday, February 4

Autographs, posters, Home Run Derby part of free event at Russo Park
LAFAYETTE – With rain in the forecast for Saturday, fans can get their first look at the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Baseball team on Sunday (Feb. 4) during its annual Fan Day at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park.
 
The event, which begins at noon, is free and open to the public. Concessions will be available and normal gameday procedures will be in place, including the athletic department's Clear Bag Policy.
 
Fans can inquire about season and single-game tickets for the 2024 season between 12-2 p.m. at the Russo Park Box Office.
 
Beginning at noon, fans will be able to pick up the official 2024 Baseball Season Poster along with an autograph session in the lower level concourse with members of the Ragin' Cajuns Baseball team.
 
Following the autograph session, the Ragin' Cajuns will hold a Home Run Derby before fans are able to get their first look at the team during an intrasquad scrimmage to conclude the day. Entered into the Home Run Derby are Kyle DeBarge, Conor Higgs, Trey LaFleur, Caleb Stelly, John Taylor and Luke Yuhasz.
