Sun Belt Baseball Championship Tickets On Sale

NEW ORLEANS – With two weekends remaining on the regular-season slate, all 12 Sun Belt baseball programs remain in contention for the 2022 Guardian Credit Union Sun Belt Baseball Championship presented by Troy University.
The 10-team tournament will be held at Riverwalk Stadium in Montgomery, Alabama, from Tuesday, May 24, to Sunday, May 29.
Tickets are now on sale with single-game tickets and all-session tournament booklets available. Prices range from $10 to $25 for a single game and from $50 to $110 for all-session tournament booklets. The Sun Belt Conference tournament will begin with a pair of single-elimination games on Tuesday, May 24, followed by an eight-team double-elimination bracket. The championship game will be contested at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, May 29, and will determine the Sun Belt Conference's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.
The conference currently boasts the No. 7 RPI in the nation—trailing only the SEC, ACC, Big 12, Pac-12, Conference USA and Missouri Valley.
South Alabama is the reigning Sun Belt tournament champion and owns a conference-best 13 all-time crowns. The Jaguars (70 RPI) are 1-of-5 Sun Belt baseball programs that currently rank among the Top 70 in the RPI, alongside Georgia Southern (6 RPI), Texas State (36 RPI), Coastal Carolina (41 RPI) and Louisiana (56 RPI). Sun Belt baseball programs have earned 17 NCAA berths over the past 10 seasons.
Located in downtown Montgomery, Riverwalk Stadium has served as the permanent home of the Tampa Bay Rays Double-A affiliate Montgomery Biscuits since opening in 2004.
