Men's Tennis Competing in the Hub City, Hosting Cajun Classic Fall Tournament

Players set to take the courts October 28-30 at City Club and Oakbourne Country Club
LAFAYETTE - Fall tennis makes its return to the Hub City the weekend of Friday-Sunday, October 28-30 as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Tennis team hosts The Cajun Tennis Classic presented by AMG Specialty Hospital.
For this year's event, tournament matches are being played at both the City Club at River Ranch (1100 Camellia Blvd.) and Oakbourne Country Club (3700 E Simcoe St.) in Lafayette. The Cajun Tennis Classic is free to attend and open to the public.
It's the first time since 2019 that the Ragin' Cajuns home fall tournament is held.
There are three flights in both the singles draw and doubles draw. Flights 1 and 2 are being contested at City Club, while Flight 3 will be held at Oakbourne CC.
Louisiana is set to welcome players from LSU, Nicholls, Tulane, South Alabama, Southern Miss and Tyler JC for its home fall event.

8:30 a.m. - First Round Doubles (Quarterfinals)
9:45 a.m. - Second Round Doubles (Semifinals)
12:45 p.m. - First Round Singles
Saturday, October 29
8:30 a.m. - Second Round Singles (Quarterfinals)
1:00 p.m. - Third Round Singles (Semifinals)
Sunday, October 30
8:30 a.m. - Doubles Finals
10:00 a.m. - Singles Finals (live on ESPN+)
The championship round in the singles draw on Sunday (Oct. 30) is being aired live on ESPN+. To view the live coverage of the singles championship round, click here.
