Ragin’ Cajuns drop Match to Middle Tennessee, 6-1

Murfreesboro - The Louisiana Men's Tennis team dropped its second match of the early season to Middle Tennessee, 6-1, on Monday afternoon in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
Louisiana took the doubles point thanks to Ivailo Keremedchiev and Kacper Dworak winning their second-straight match, 6-3, and Oriol Fillat Gimenez and Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez defeating the Blue Raiders' Sean Presson and Francisco Rocha in a 7-5 thriller.
Fillat Gimenez's and Sanchez Gonzalez's victory proved to be a clutch opening win for the Ragin' Cajuns.
Fillat Gimenez also had a battle with No. 102 Oskar Michalek in singles, but ultimately fell, 6-7, 6-0, 7-5. The Ragin' Cajuns did not record a singles win on the day.
