Louisiana finishes the weekend 2-1 having won its third straight match against New Orleans to finish the weekend.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Louisiana Men's Tennis (2-1) rode the momentum of its first win over a Power Five conference program since 2012 to cruise through the New Orleans Privateers (1-2), 4-0, to wrap up the weekend at the Florida State Invitational riding a two-match winning streak.
Freshman Jan Galka, who won two singles matches over the weekend, clinched things with a straight set win at No. 1, while junior Jamie Fraser and freshman Marko Vujic each added their second win of the weekend to help lock up Louisiana's second straight win.

HOW IT HAPPENED (Doubles): Louisiana came out of the gate and snagged the doubles point with the freshman duo of Vujic and Galka taking down the UNO duo of Johannes Klein and Samuel Armand 6-2 at the No. 2 spot to get Louisiana off on a winning foot. Lago and freshman Pierce Gilheany finished off the doubles point for Louisiana with a 6-2 win over Odysseas Papaioannou and Nicolas Kramer, giving Louisiana a 1-0 lead heading into singles play.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Singles): Vujic got Louisiana its first singles point of the match, when midway through the first set UNO's Klein retired and it quickly gave Louisiana a 2-0 lead after the first match. Fraser continued Louisiana's dominating performance with a straight set, 6-1, 6-1, win over Armand to put Louisiana on the brink of its second win of the weekend.
At the No. 1 spot Galka locked up Louisiana's win with an impressive straight set win, 6-1, 6-4, over Misha Fomenkov. The match was controlled completely by the Louisiana freshman and it meant that the Ragin' Cajuns finished off its weekend with its third straight win over UNO and it best performance at the FSU Invite since 2015.
