New Orleans Contest Postponed to May 17

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball contest against New Orleans scheduled for today at 6:30 p.m. has been postponed to May 17 at 6:30 p.m. due to heavy rains and flooding in the New Orleans area on Wednesday.

The Cajuns continue action on Friday at 6 p.m. as the squad hosts Southeastern Louisiana at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field in the opener of a three-game series. The two sides will head to Alumni Field in Hammond, La. for the final two games of the series on Saturday and Sunday.

All three games of the series can be heard live on News Talk 96.5 KPEL-FM with Jay Walker making the call.
