Ragin' Cajuns welcome NAIA Wolf Pack to Cajundome
LAFAYETTE - The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team returns to the friendly confines of the Cajundome on Wednesday when it plays host to Loyola of New Orleans in a 7 p.m. contest.
The game can be heard in the Lafayette area on Hot 107.9 FM and on the internet at RaginCajuns.com. Live statistics and a live video stream will also be available at RaginCajuns.com
Louisiana (1-2) looks to get back in the win column after dropping games at Miami and Alabama. The Ragin' Cajuns, ranked first in the Sun Belt Conference and 13th nationally in scoring offense, averaged 85.0 points in their last two games.
Shawn Long (20.0 ppg.), Kasey Shepherd (15.0), Jay Wright (10.7) and Devonta Walker (10.0) are the top scorers for the Ragin' Cajuns with Long pulling down a team-high 10.7 boards per game.
Loyola, an NAIA member of the Southern States Athletic Conference, is 4-3 on the season after an 88-79 loss to Auburn-Montgomery on Monday. The game will count as an exhibition game for the Wolf Pack.

• Louisiana looks to close out the month of November with a .500 record before opening Sun Belt Conference play next week at ULM.
• The Ragin' Cajuns have won their last 13 games at the Cajundome versus non-conference oppponents dating back to the 2012-13 season. Louisiana's last non-conference loss at the Cajundome was against Robert Morris on Dec. 18, 2012 (L, 66-61).
• Loyola is the third of four opponents this season that head coach Bob Marlin will coach against for the first time in his career. This season, Marlin has coached first-time games against Miami (Fla.) and Alabama, and will face Pepperdine for the first time next month.
