LAFAYETTE – The Ragin' Cajuns baseball team's contest at Northwestern State on Tuesday night at Brown-Stroud Field in Natchitoches has been canceled due to unplayable field conditions.
 
Torrential rains swept through the Natchitoches area last night flooding the field and leaving the surface unplayable for tonight.

The game will not be rescheduled. 
 
The Ragin' Cajuns are back in action tomorrow night at M.L. “Tigue” Moore Field when they face off with in-state rival Northwestern State at 6 p.m. The game is the second of three "Season Ticket Redemption" games set for the2012 season.
 
Unused season tickets from home games 1-20 may be redeemed for additional tickets to Wednesday's game vs. NSU at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis, at the ticket office at "The Tigue" on gameday or at the Cajundome Box Office in advance. All redeemed tickets will be issued as close to their original seat as possible.
