GAME NIGHT STORY LINES
>>>The Cajuns and Trojans will be going head-to-head for the ninth time in the history of the two programs on Saturday. The two squads will be seeking to snap their current losing skids and look to pick up their first SBC victory.
>>>Louisiana fell in their last contest against Denver 76-39. It was the Cajuns 12th straight defeat and sixth straight home loss.
>>>Troy lost at home to Florida International in their previous game, 65-41. Troy has now dropped 13 straight games.
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns were outrebounded 44-29 on Wednesday, marking the ninth time in 10 conference games UL has been beaten on the glass.
>>>Louisiana leading scorer, Krystal Motley was limited to six points, but was one of four Cajuns with six points to lead UL in scoring for the fifth straight game and 11th time this season.
>>>Josie West scored six points and grabbed five rebounds against Denver. The junior is averaging 6.5 points and leads the team with 6.7 rebounds per contest during conference play.
>>>UL (51.6 ppg)) and Troy (49.9 ppg) come into the game ranking last in the league in scoring average.

NOTES AND TRENDS
>>>The Cajuns have been outrebounded in nine of the 10 Sun Belt games this year. The Cajuns have a chance to win the rebounding battle on Saturday as Troy comes in ranked as the second worst rebounding margin team in the conference.
>>>Turnovers have been a major problem for Louisiana this season. The Ragin' Cajuns have won the turnover battle in just six games, but have an opportunity to add one to the total as the Trojans are second to last in turnover margin in the Sun Belt.
>>>After shooting 12-of-45 (.267) from the floor on Wednesday, UL has now shot 40-for-153 (.261) over its last three games.
>>>Louisiana is seeking for their first win in the month of January and to snap a twelve game losing skid. UL has not lost twelve in a row since the 2008-09 season.
>>>Robbie Brown, Nicole Morris, Josie West, and Megan Whittaker are the only Cajuns to have played in all 22 games this season.

>>>The Ragin' Cajuns average 4.6 three-pointers per game, ranking them fourth in the SBC.
>>>Josie West is second in the conference with 5.7 defensive rebounds per game in league play. The junior is also fifth in blocked shots (1.5 bpg) through the first 10 conference games.
