>>>The Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team are coming off a week where they finished 1-2, but were able to snap a 17 game losing skid with a victory over Nebraska Omaha on Monday, 62-60 in overtime. Louisiana improved their record to 6-22 on the year.
>>>Brandi Schambough was inserted into the game for the first time with 11 seconds left in the overtime, and knocked down a game winning three with eight seconds remaining to secure the win for the Cajuns. The win broke the longest losing streak since the 1998-99 season.
>>>ULM won the prior meeting this year on January 28, 66-35. The Warhawks had three players finish in double-figures, while Krystal Motley led the Cajuns with eight points.
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns were 12-of-55 (.218) from the floor in the last matchup, which is the second lowest field goal percentage of the season. The 35 points in the last meeting stand as the lowest point total for UL this year.
>>>Krystal Motley scored 26 points against Nebraska Omaha leading the way for the Cajuns. 21 of the senior's points came in the second half and she has now reached 20-plus points four times this season. The Houston native paced the Cajuns in scoring against North Texas pouring in 15 points, including three triples. Motley has now led UL in scoring in 15 games and is averaging 13.6 points per game on the year.

>>>Brooklyn Arceneaux recorded her first career double-double scoring a career-high 12 points and pulled down a personal-best 10 rebounds. The freshman was the lone Cajun to reach double-figures against Denver. Arceneaux set a then career-high 10 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the field and grabbed three rebounds. She was finally able to crack double-digit points after tallying nine points three times this season.
>>>Michelle Brunker scored 12 points in a career-high 39 minutes against UNO. The senior has reached double-figures five times this season. The San Diego native filled up her stat line at North Texas, recording seven points, seven rebounds, an assist and had a steal.
>>>Freshman Robbie Brown narrowly missed setting a new career high as she scored nine points on 4-of-6 shooting at North Texas. Brown scored 10 points in the second game of the year against Nicholls State on November 17. The freshman tallied six steals, tying an individual-best, against Nebraska Omaha.

>>>Krystal Motley scored 26 points on Monday, marking the fourth time the senior has reached at least 20 points on the year. The Houston native is averaging 13.6 points on the year, which ranks ninth in the SBC.
>>>Two-time LSWA Player of the Week winner, Motley, scored a career-high 36 points on January 11 against South Alabama, which is tied with FIU's Jerica Coley as the most points scored by a Sun Belt player this year.
>>>The Cajuns are second in the conference in steals per game at 9.1. UL has 254 steals on the year.
