Golf to Open Spring Season at Oak Hills Invitational

The Ragin' Cajuns golf team is set to open the 2012 spring season Monday at the Oak Hills Invitational to be played at the Oak Hill Country Club in San Antonio, Texas.
The 54-hole tournament includes host UTSA, Baylor, Houston, Iowa State, Kansas State, Louisiana Tech, North Texas, Oklahoma, Rice, Southeastern La., Texas State, Texas Tech, Tulsa and Wichita State.
The Cajuns will look to add to their three top 3 finishes from the fall as Ethan Savoy makes his first appearance of the 2011-12 season joining Andrew Noto, Philipp Fendt, Chris Weninger and Brandt Garon.
Noto is coming off of a first place finish at the David Toms Intercollegiate, which was one of two first place finishes by Cajun golfers in the fall season.
