>>>Josie West was 6-for-9 from the field totaling a career-high 15 points, while grabbing four rebounds and blocking two shots in the game against FIU. MOTLEY CONTINUES TORRID PLAY
>>>Krystal Motley has made the most of her senior campaign this year. Motley set a new career-high with 36 points against South Alabama on Wednesday. It was the most points scored by a Cajun since Mercedes Johnson dropped 36 last season against Troy (1/5/11).
>>>The Houston, Texas native set a career-best in field goals made and attempted, converting on 16-of-28 from the floor. Motley also pulled down a personal-best six rebounds in the effort as well.
>>>The senior was awarded the LSWA Player of the Week for the second time this year. Motley is averaging 13.8 points per game on the year and 17.0 points in conference play.
 
SHORTHANDED
>>>Louisiana is playing without seniors Kemi Rotibi (injury) and Mercedes Johnson (personal reasons) who are out for the remainder of the season
>>>The duo was averaging a combined 18.2 points and 13.3 rebounds per contest on the season.
