UL vs. Rice at The Tigue Has New Start Time

The game on Tuesday, May 10, originally scheduled for a 6 p.m. start, will now begin at 5:30 p.m.
Rice, currently ranked No. 24 in the Baseball America Top 25 poll, is visiting "The Tigue" for the first time since February 1993.
The game serves as the final Season Ticket Redemption night for UL season ticket holders. Any unused tickets from home games No. 1-24 can be redeemed for extras to the matchup with the Owls. Tickets can be redeemed in advance at the Cajundome Box Office or on gameday at the M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field ticket booth.
The Ragin' Cajuns will be going for the season sweep of the Owls. In the earlier meeting, the pitching trio of Jordan Nicholson, Chase Traffica and Caleb Kellogg combined to strand 18 Rice baserunners in a 2-0 victory at Reckling Park in Houston on April 5.
