Another Weekend at "The Tigue": Louisiana gets to enjoy a series at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field for the second straight weekend as the Ragin' Cajuns welcome UALR for a three-game set April 29-May 1. The series with the Trojans wraps up a seven-game homestand.

Six Times as Nice: Head coach Tony Robichaux picked up win No .600 as Cajuns skipper on Easter Sunday as UL rallied to defeat USA 5-4. Now in his 17th season in a Cajuns uniform, Robichaux sports a 600-401-1 mark with the Cajuns.
Cardiac Cajuns: The Cajuns, who rallied twice in the final four innings during the South Alabama series, outscored the Jaguars 10-2 over the final four frames.
Model of Consistency: UL has gone 19 consecutive Sun Belt series without being swept by the opposition (dates back to April 2009). The Cajuns' Sun Belt record during the streak is 37-20.
Not an Average April: In 18 games played in April the Cajuns have turned 26 double plays. Entering the month, the squad had turned 16 in the season's first 24 games.
The UALR Series (UL leads 42-13): UL has swept the Trojans the past four seasons and currently owns a 13-game win streak over UALR, dating back to the 2006 series finale. All but three meetings have taken place since both schools joined the Sun Belt (1992). Head coach Tony Robichaux has been at the helm for 39 of UL's 42 series victories. UALR won the first SBC meeting 5-0 (3/11/95), then UL went on to win 11 of the next 12 to take a commanding 14-2 series lead. The Cajuns have taken 15 of 17 Sun Belt series: UALR's lone series wins came in 2000 (sweep) and 2001 (2-1). UL swept all three games of the inaugural series in Little Rock, March 30-31, 1986.
Chasing History: Greg Fontenot has 486 career assists, moving him within 14 of joining Mark Lalande as the only two players in program history with 500 career fielding assists.
Exceptional Defense: UL sported the nation's 15th-ranked defense as of April 26. The Cajuns current fielding percentage is .977. The squad has committed just 37 errors through 1,636 chances covering a 42-game span.
Exceptional Defense, Part 2: Louisiana leads the Sun Belt in fielding percentage with a .980 clip in league play. The Cajuns have committed only 14 errors through 685 chances.
Pitching is the Name of the Game: Cajuns pitching has held the opponent to five runs or less 28 times in 42 games (20-8 record). At "The Tigue" the Cajuns have held the opposition to five runs or fewer in 17 of the 21 games (14-3 record).
Pitcher-Friendly Park: M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field has long been known as a "pitcher's park", but with the new bats introduced this season that statement is even more profound. Between Louisiana and the opposition, a combined 11 home runs have been launched at "The Tigue" in 21 games in 2011.
It's a Winner: Louisiana locked up the 16th consecutive season with a winning mark at "The Tigue" with the 5-4 win over South Alabama on Easter Sunday. UL is 15-6 at "The Tigue" in 2011 with seven games remaining.
The Sun Belt's Best: To no one's surprise the Ragin' Cajuns rank nationally and lead the Sun Belt in average home attendance. In the Week 11 national attendance rankings UL is 16th with an average home attendance of 3,295.
