GAME NIGHT STORY LINES
>>>UL and Florida Atlantic are meeting for the ninth time in the history of the two programs. Saturday marks the first conference game of the year for the Cajuns and is also the first time Louisiana is playing in the Cajundome during the 2011-12 season.
>>>UL finished 4-12 and fifth in the Sun Belt West Division last year. The Cajuns are coming off of the best conference winning percentage under head coach Errol Rogers and are attempting to win their first conference opener since the 2006-07 season.
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns are seeking to end their two game losing streak after dropping a contest against Tulane on December 22, 75-40.
>>>Josie West led Louisiana in scoring coming off the bench for nine points and garnered five rebounds. Krystal Motley had seven points and five rebounds, and also tallied three steals.
>>>Freshman Brooklyn Arceneaux started for the first time in her career last game against the Tulane. Arceneaux had several individual career-highs scoring six points, while hauling in seven rebounds and adding three steals.
>>>The Cajuns shot just 26 percent from the field (14-of-53) while Tulane shot the ball 42 percent (26-for-62). UL was outrebounded 46-31 on the glass and had seven more turnovers than the Green Wave.
>>>Louisiana heads into conference play without Kemi Rotibi who tore her ACL against Bethune-Cookman. Rotibi averaged nearly nine points a game, and was the team's leading rebounder (7.2 rpg) and shot blocker (2.1 bpg).

NOTES AND TRENDS
>>>The Cajuns have averaged 38 points per game in their last three loses. The team has shot the ball at a rate of 25 percent from the field (42-of-165) in those games.
>>>Louisiana's loss to Tulane marks the fifth time the Cajuns have given up 70-plus points. UL is 0-5 when their opponent breaks the 70 point barrier.
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns committed 26 turnovers in the loss to Tulane. It was the sixth time this season Louisiana has lost the turnover battle and are winless (0-6) when doing so.

WHERE THE CAJUNS RANK IN THE SBC
>>>UL is third in the Sun Belt in free throw shooting. They are shooting 139-of-205 (.678) from the charity stripe.
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns had two blocks in the contest against Tulane giving them 42 as a team on the year. Louisiana averages 3.5 blocks per game ranking them third in the conference.
>>>UL added 11 steals against the Green Wave and are averaging 9.7 steals per contest. The Cajuns are third in the SBC in steals and Robbie Brown leads the team (1.8 spg).

LOOKING TO GET BACK ON TRACK
>>>The Ragin' Cajuns look to avoid their second three game losing streak of the season against Florida Atlantic.
>>>UL made a season-low 13 field goals in the loss to Mississippi State and followed up with just 14 field goals against Tulane. The Cajuns have shot just under 24 percent from the floor the past two contests.

TOUGH LUCK
>>>The Cajuns lost “6'4 center Kemi Rotibi to an ACL tear December 16, against Bethune-Cookman.
>>>Rotibi was having a career-year in her senior campaign. She was Louisiana's third leading scorer (8.9 ppg) and leading rebounder (7.2 rpg). She also led the squad in field goal percentage (.517) and was second in the conference in blocked shots (2.1 bpg).
