Men?s Tennis Falls to MSU, 6-1

In singles action, the UL men captured a win at the No. 3 position after freshman Piotr Olechowski bested Pjotrs Necajevs 6-0, 3-6, 1-0 (8).
Sophomore Janusz Conradi fell to Ivan Bjelica 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1, and teammate junior Arlen Domoney was defeated by Ryan Farlow 6-0, 6-0 at No 2. Junior Jorge Delgado was bested by Antonio Lastre 6-1, 6-4 at No. 4, while newcomer Stefan Hawkins fell to Maximilien Genuini 7-5, 6-4 at No. 5. MSU's Tanner Stump defeated freshman Murilo Martins 6-3, 6-4.
The Cajuns managed to pick up one win in doubles play after Domoney and Hawkins defeated Philippe Frayssinoux and partner Maximilien Genuini 8-4 at No. 3.
Conradi and senior Ryan Hess were defeated by Bjelica 8-5 at No.1, and Delgado and Olechowski fell to Necajevs and Stump 8-1
The Cajuns return to action on Saturday, Feb. 16 when they take on
