Lemaire Finishes 15th at Texas Relays

LAFAYETTE– Senior Justin Lemaire finished 15th in the 10,000 meter run against some of the nation's top competition Friday, at the Texas Relays, on the campus of the University of Texas.
Lemaire's time of 33:55.01 also represents a personal best time in the 10,000 meter run this season. Joshua Falgout finished seventeenth, two spots behind Lemaire, with a time of 35:10.07.
“We brought a small group of athlete's with us and overall we did a pretty good job,” said Head Coach Lance Veazey.”
Facing their toughest competition of this season, no other Cajuns advanced to the finals in either running or field events.
UL will enjoy some time off before their next meet Saturday, April 22, at the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational.
