Cajuns Put Saturday's Doubleheader on Hold Due To Rain

LAFAYETTE-The Louisiana-Lafayette Baseball office has announced that the
Saturday, Feb. 14 doubleheader against Sam Houston State slated for 2
p.m. has been canceled.

A two-game set for Saturday was originally put in place when Friday night's contest was pushed back due to approaching weather.

The threat of more rain coupled with the poor playing conditions, because of
the amount of water on the field, forced Saturday's cancellation.

The Cajuns have scheduled a doubleheader for Sunday starting
at 1 p.m. at Moore Field. Both games in Sunday's doubleheader will be full
nine-inning contests.
