The Indians took possession and ran out the clock.

the Cajuns

zone while dragging his left foot at the back line to
tie the score at 7-7.
The Indians answered quickly, marching 80 yards in four
plays. The 1:11 drive ended with a 35-yard halfback
option pass from Payne to Vincent.
Rekieta was intercepted at the Cajuns 28-yard line on
the next series, giving the Indians excellent field

Jacobs on fourth-and-eight. Jyles then threw a scoring

Lewis, before completing a pair of
21-yard strikes to Stamps. The later completion brought

touchdown of the season with a one-yard plunge.
The
Cajuns next possession saw Rekieta find Stamps once
again. Stamps caught a 20-yard out-and-up on the left
side, then made a few moves and cut back to the middle
racing untouched to pay dirt for a 64-yard touchdown.
Sean Comiskey's extra point tied the score at 28-28.
