Travis Soileau

Travis Soileau has served as a member of the Athletic Training staff for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns since 2003. He was named Director of Athletic Training in July 2011, replacing UL Athletics Hall of Fame member John Porche.
    
Soileau currently serves as the athletic trainer for football and golf.
    
From 2003-07 he served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, assisting with football and directly overseeing the care of men’s basketball and men’s and women’s track. Soileau was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer prior to the 2007-08 athletic season and for the next four years served as assistant football athletic trainer and oversaw the care of the golf and track squads.
    
A native of Port Barre, La, Soileau served as a student athletic trainer at UL, earning his bachelor’s degree in 1999. He attended graduate school at Clemson University (2000-03), where he served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for swimming and diving for one year and men’s soccer team for two years.
    
Soileau and his wife, Brandi, are the parents of a daughter, Kaitlyn Camille.
