Sophomore Season (2003): Saw a promising career-year come to a premature end when she injured her right shoulder in pre-match warmup drills Oct. 19 at Florida International...Saw action in 18 matches and 64 games tallying 198 kills and 159 digs – well on her way to topping her totals from her freshman season...Was leading the Cajuns in kills and kills per game at the time of the injury...Averaged 3.09 kills per game...Averaged 2.48 digs per game, ranking her third on the team...Opened the season with 13 kills in back-to-back games against Louisiana-Monroe and Alcorn State...Set a career-high for kills when she slammed down 21 in a match with Texas-Pan American at the Stephen F. Austin Invitational...In the match prior to UTPA, she posted a season-high 19 digs against Tulsa...In the Sun Belt opener with Western Kentucky, she threw down 14 kills on just 26 attacks...Made just one error against WKU to post a .500 attack percentage...Had four double-doubles and tallied double-digit kills nine times and double-digit digs six times...Bested her career-high for kills when she registered 22 at South Alabama Oct. 10 – her final match of the season...Her 17 aces ranked fourth on the team.
