2011 - Sophomore Season
Experienced a breakthrough season, after mainly serving as a reserve in her rookie campaign…Saw an increase in playing time (64 sets in 2010 up to 87 sets in 2011) as a sophomore which saw her jump from 23 kills as a freshman in 2010 to 178 as a sophomore in 2011…Appeared in 87 sets covering 27 matches…The 87 sets played ranked eighth-highest on the squad…Ranked third on the squad with an average of 2.05 kills per set and second in digs per set (2.55) amongst non-libero position players…Posted five double-doubles and accounted for double figures in points six times during Sun Belt Conference play…Was a key catalyst during the late season push for a SBC Tournament berth, averaging 3.17 kills and hitting .266 during the three-match win streak Oct. 30-Nov. 6…Was one of only four players on the team to scoop up 200-plus digs (went from 93 digs as a freshman in 2010 to 222 in 2011…Her 2.32 points per set was third-best on the squad…Topped the squad’s chart for points in a match following a 20-point effort at North Texas (Oct. 16)…Tied senior Lesley Mirarchi for team, season-best honors in kills with 18 in the five-setter at North Texas…Had a strong outing season-opening weekend vs. Miami at the LSU Tiger Classic, nearly finishing with a double-double (10 kills, nine digs)…Notched her first career double-double the following weekend, accruing 10 kills and scooping 13 digs in the Bon Temps Invitational finale with Mississippi Valley…After a sluggish month of play following the Bon Temps Invitational, began to turn her season around starting with a 13-kill effort at La.-Monroe on Oct. 9…That was the first of three straight matches with double figure kills (13 at La.-Monroe, 10 at Denver, 18 at North Texas)…During that hot stretch, she would accumulate 41 kills (3.15 kills/set), hit .219 and scoop 40 digs (3.08 digs/set) over a period of 13 sets…From that point on, the Romanian native would register at least six kills in a match six times over the final eight matches…Played pivotal roles in key wins at UALR and with FIU at Earl K. Long Gym…Registered 15 kills and 19 digs for a double-double in only the program’s second victory in Little Rock on Oct. 30…One week later, helped the Cajuns complete the Florida schools sweep with 14 kills and 16 digs against FIU (Nov. 6)…UALR limited her offensively (7 kills, 7 errors, 26 attempts, .000 hitting percentage) in the rematch on Nov. 13 at Earl K. Long Gym, but she managed to scoop 12 digs in helping the Cajuns complete their first-ever season sweep of the Trojans.

2010 - Freshman Season
Saw action in 23 matches, earning a start six times...Finished the season with 93 digs, 23 kills and 17 service aces...Beginning Sept. 28 vs. McNeese State, recorded a dig in 17 consecutive matches through the end of the season...Reached double-digit digs on three occasions, including 12 balls scooped against FIU on Nov. 12.

Played six seasons of volleyball at Mihai Eminescu High School...Also participated in karate (four years) and handball (two years)...Represented Romania at the European and Balkan Volleyball Championship...Two-time beach volleyball champion.
