Indoor Sun Belt All-Conference - Weight Throw

2010 Outdoor: Had seven podium finishes during his sophomore season...Won three discus throw events (McNeese Cowboy Relays, Southern Miss Golden Eagle Classic and Cole-Lancon Twilight)...His toss of 175-5 won the Cole-Lancon Twilight (April 30) event...Earned a career-best toss of 180-11 in a first place finish at the Southern Miss Golden Eagle Classic (April 24).

2010 Indoor: Tossed a distance of 56-10 to win the weight throw event at the Jeff Davis McNeese Invitational on Feb. 5...Has a career-best toss of 45-3 ½ in the shot put at the Jeff Davis McNeese Invite (Feb. 5)...Earned All-Conference honors in the weight throw with a toss of 59-11.75 at the Sun Belt Championships (Feb. 27-28).

2009 Outdoor: Led the team in the hammer throw with a distance of 152'11.82" ... Led the team in discus throw at 160'3.22" ... Also threw the shot put 45'8.03".

2009 Indoor: Competed in the weight throw and the shot put ... Personal best shot put was 12.41 meters ... Had team's third-best weight throw at 13.55 meters.

High School: Threw discuss and shot put at Vandebilt...Was a district and regional finalist.
