2014 (Junior): Key member of the special teams unit, playing in the first 12 games of the season and registering six tackles … missed the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl contest against Nevada (12/20) due to an injury … posted a season-best three tackles in the Ragin’ Cajuns victory at ULM (11/15) … added tackles in games at Boise State (9/20), Texas State (10/14) and against South Alabama (11/1) ... earned second letter.

2013 (Sophomore): Saw action in 11 games as a reserve in the secondary and on special teams. . . had nine tackles (6 solo) during the year… was fourth on the team with six special teams stops, most coming on kickoffs ... did not play in the first two games, but bounced back to play in the last 11 ... made a career-high four tackles against Nicholls State (9/14/13) ... earned first letter.

2012 (Freshman): Did not see any action as a reserve in the secondary ... finished 2013 spring drills by making five tackles in the spring game.

2011 (Redshirt): Joined the team as a walk-on and took part in preseason camp ... redshirted during the season as a member of the secondary.

High School: First team all-district and first team all-metro choice as a senior at St. Augustine High, playing for coach David Johnson ... helped team to a 10-3 record, reaching the quarterfinals of the state tourney ... also lettered twice in baseball.

Personal: Born Sept. 16, 1992 in New Orleans, La. ... son of Drake and Lucinda DeGrange ... has one brother (Daniel) and one sister (Maddie) ... was a member of the Honor Roll as a junior in high school ... enjoys salt water fishing ... earned his Bachelor's degree in criminal justice after the Spring 2015 semester.
