2012 (Redshirt): Joined the team in the fall and sat out the season as a redshirt to retain his freshman eligibility.
High School: First team all-district honoree as a senior at New Iberia Senior High, playing for coach Rick Hutson. . . caught 40 passes for almost 900 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior. . . lettered twice in football and three times in track. . . ran the 100, 200 and 400 meters in track, helping team to a pair of regional championships. . . rated as a two-star prospect by both Rivals.com and Scout.com and the No. 46 recruit in Louisiana by MaxPreps.
