SYMPTOM SCREENING BEFORE ATTENDING A BASEBALL GAMEÂ |
Prior to attending a Louisiana Baseball home game, spectators are asked to perform a self-assessment based on CDC best practices and recommendations. Please stay home if feeling sick or experiencing illness. Fans who are at higher risk for complications from COVID-19 are strongly encouraged to not attend live events.
Symptoms to watch for include:
- Fever (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit [38 degrees Celsius] or higher
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea

FAN HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES |
- Face coverings (over the nose and mouth) will be required for entrance into Russo Park, and must also be worn in all common areas, such as restrooms, concourses and concession areas.
- All game day workers, vendors and staff will wear face coverings at all times, and will be checked and screened prior to entrance into the stadium.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures will occur throughout the stadium prior to and during all games.
- Queued lines at all gates, concession stands and the Ragin' Cajuns Store will follow physical-distance guidelines with markers placed throughout the venue.

A reduced capacity will be utilized at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park for the 2021 season in compliance with state and local guidelines.Â

PRE-GAME AND GATE/LOT OPENINGÂ |
Parking and stadium gates will open one hour prior to first pitch at Russo Park on each game day. No reserved tailgating or recreational vehicles. The Department of Athletics will monitor the ongoing situation and address changes to these guidelines if necessary.
Electronically delivered mobile game tickets will be scanned digitally at stadium entrances. Fans are encouraged to download their tickets in advance in case of WiFi issues at Russo Park.
All game day activities outside of the stadium are canceled for the 2021Â season.
The priority of the Louisiana Athletics Department is to maximize opportunities to attend games to as many fans as possible over the course of the season, while maintaining a safe environment for our student-athletes, fans and staff.
- The Louisiana Ticket Office at the CAJUNDOME and RCAF communicated with eligible season ticket holders on the option to renew prior to the start of the 2021 season.

- At this time, single-game tickets will not be available for purchase. If tickets do become available, Ticketmaster links will be shared on @RaginCajunsBSB social media channels.
- Additionally, Young Ragin' Cajuns Club members will not be able to utilize their passes for free admission.
- All current season ticket holders, regardless of their choice to opt in or out of 2021 season tickets, will have the ability to renew their original seat location(s) for the 2022 season.
- The main general admission parking area, located across from Russo Park to the north, will be available free to all fans on a first-come, first-served basis.Â
- Due to COVID-19 health and safety parameters and social distancing recommendations, tailgating will not be allowed during the 2021 season. Additionally, recreational vehicle parking will not be permissible.
- Parking passes are required for reserved parking lots around the sports complex, which includes the Founder's Lot located adjacent to Cajun Field. Contact the RCAF for reserved parking availability by calling 337-851-RCAF (7223).
- ADA-compliant parking will have better access to Russo Park during the 2021Â season, with two dedicated lots along Reinhardt Drive adjacent to the facility.Â
- Golf cart shuttles will be available on game day to transport patrons.Â

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no tailgating during the 2020 season.Â
Concessions at Russo Park will have prepackaged food and drink items. Condiments will be prepackaged. Social distancing will be used at points of sale. There will be markings on the ground to show patrons waiting to make purchases where to stand to ensure six-foot social distancing. All concessions and merchandise stands will feature credit card readers as fans are highly encouraged to go cashless on game day to make touchless purchases.
Fans are reminded that consistent with other Ragin' Cajuns venues and current health and safety regulations, certain vendors and concessions opportunities will not be available at Russo Park. Changes to game day operations in relation to local and state guidelines will be communicated if altered during the course of the season.
Alcohol sales will be permitted inside Russo Park.
Fans are not allowed on the field at any time. This includes pre-game and post-game.

- Following CDC and state of Louisiana guidelines, game day interactive activities, including, but not limited to on-field activities/recognitions and post-game field access will not be permitted this season.
- To further reduce touch points and promote social distancing, roster sheets and game programs will not be available this season. These will be available for fans via social media and QR codes posted at the main stadium entrance.
- For the health and safety of our student-athletes, staff and those in attendance, all patrons and guests are asked to follow these important guidelines, directions and protocol instructions while attending games at Russo Park.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INHERENT RISKÂ |
By accepting a ticket and using it for entry or resale/other, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are or have been present and that University cannot ensure that its premises are risk-free. By attending University sporting events, which includes but is not limited to, tailgating and pre-game festivities, you and any of your guests voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You and all personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin hereby release, waive, discharge, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the University, State of Louisiana, the Louisiana Board of Regents, the University of Louisiana System, and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, members, student workers, student interns, volunteers, representatives, institutions, departments, and agents for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands on account of any property damage or personal injury, or your illness or death (or that of any person who may contract COVID-19, directly or indirectly, from you), whether caused by the negligence, active or passive, of University or otherwise, resulting from your presence in, upon, or about the premises or any facilities while attending the University sporting event.
Consistent with other ticketed sport season ticket policies, the Department of Athletics does not offer refunds on season tickets for canceled games due to weather, pandemics, or an event beyond reasonable control of the University, unless it is a fully canceled season.
