2012 – Freshman season
Team’s overall top runner in both the 4-mile (21:25.00 at McNeese Cowboy Stampede) and eight-kilometer (25:56.9 at Sun Belt Conference Championships) … competed in all six events on the season with a pair of top-five performances and three top-20 finishes … placed 12th overall at the Sun Belt Conference Championships … placed third overall at the Ragin’ Cajuns Invitational crossing the finish line in 27:06.2 … ran a personal-best 33:28.4 in the 10K at the NCAA Regional Championship.

High school
Lettered his final three years at Baton Rouge’s Runnels School … a three-time all-state cross country runner ... named the 2010 Louisiana Gatorade Runner of the Year in cross country … a seven-time individual state champion … competed as a freshman at Catholic High School, helping the Bears to the Class 5A state cross country title.
