Patterson Earns SBC Runner of the Week Honors

Patterson recorded a personal best in the mile and won the 800 at the Purple Tiger Invite
LAFAYETTE - A strong start to the indoor season earned Joe Patterson Sun Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors, the league announced on Wednesday.
Patterson won the men's 800 at the Purple Tiger Invite with a top-100 time in the NCAA at 1:55.73. He also finished third in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:12.71.
The Ragin' Cajuns are back in action on January 31 at the Robert Platt Invitational in Houston.
