Each game's schedule of event timeline will be updated the week prior to the upcoming home competition. Official start times for future games are released 12 days prior to kickoff. 

Louisiana vs Tulane Schedule of Events (Saturday, September 21) 
 

  • 5am - ALL Parking gates open.
  • 8am - Russo Park ticket office open for ticket sales. 
  • 8am - Reinhardt Drive closes to vehicle traffic. 
  • 8:30am - Cajuns Village, presented by Cajun Country Rice, opens. 
  • 8:30am - Music Under the Oaks, presented by First Horizon Bank, featuring The Good Dudes starts. 
  • 8:30am - Cajun Walk, powered by Southern Quality Ford, to stadium. 
  • 9:45am - Pride of Acadiana Pep Rally at Russo Park. 
  • 10am - Stadium gates open. 
  • 11am - KICKOFF vs. Tulane


ATMS
There are no ATMs available for use at Cajun Field. 


BANNERS, SIGNS, FLAGS
Event related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside Cajun Field to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
  • Must be relevant to event
  • May not be larger than 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide
  • May not be attached to a stick/pole
  • May not obstruct any stadium or event signage
  • May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by stadium management
  • May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others, as determined by stadium management
  • Any sign, flag, banner or poster may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of stadium management.

CAJUNS VILLAGE 
All-new for the 2024 Football season is the family friendly Cajuns Village presented by Cajun Country Rice located along Reinhardt Drive next to Russo Park. Thanks to Ragin' Cajuns corporate partners, fans can enjoy games and activities such as basketball, obstacle courses, cornhole and more! Make sure to stop by for your Ragin' Cajuns themed face painting or face tattoos.  

CAJUN WALK
About two and a half hours before game time, Ragin' Cajun fans and excited tailgaters line up along Stadium Drive for the Cajun Walk, presented by Hub City Ford, which provides fans a chance to say hello to their favorite Louisiana Football student-athletes. Fans greet the team as they unload the buses and enter at through the southwest corner at Cajun Field.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Consistent with other ticketed sport season ticket policies, the Department of Athletics does not offer refunds on season tickets for canceled games due to weather, pandemics, or an event beyond reasonable control of the University, unless it is a fully canceled season. CODE OF CONDUCT
  • Respect other guests' ability to enjoy the game. Loud or obnoxious fans could be asked to leave the stadium if their behavior is deemed to be offensive to guests around them.
  • For the safety of all fans, do not interfere with the progress of the game or go onto the playing field. Any fan interfering with play or going onto the field will be removed from the stadium and could be subject to arrest.
  • Please sit in your assigned seat and be prepared to show your ticket to an usher or stadium supervisor upon request. If someone is in your seat, report the issue to the nearest usher.
  • Should you encounter any problem, please notify the nearest staff member or Guest Relations, for immediate assistance.

ENTRANCE TO CAJUN FIELD (RE-ENTRY TO CAJUN FIELD IS NOT ALLOWED)
To provide a better game day experience for our fans, we ask that fans TRAVEL LIGHTLY when coming to Cajun Field. Fans are encouraged to bring bags only if absolutely necessary. Each ticket holder (including children) may carry one approved clear bag. Click here for more information about Louisiana's Clear Bag policy.

An express lane is available for fans to bypass the bag check lines.

All security procedures are in-line with National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) training.

The following bags/items will be permitted inside Louisiana athletic facilities and are subject to search:
  • Clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12" by 6" by 12"
  • Clear fanny pack that does not exceed 12" by 6" by 12" 
  • One gallon clear storage bag
  • Clutch or small purse, with or without a strap, that does not exceed 6.5" by 4.5"
  • Equipment bag for necessary medical items
  • Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult
  • Stadium chairs with pockets
Prohibited items include (subject to change without notice):
  • Large purses, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, tinted or printed-pattern bags, or any bags larger than 12" by 6" by 12"
  • Camera bags or binocular cases
  • Outside food or drink; animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
  • Umbrellas
  • Artificial noisemakers
  • Beach balls or inflatables
  • Laser pointers
  • Baby seats or strollers
  • Lawn chairs, folding chairs or stools
  • Ice chests, coolers or thermoses
  • Cups or water bottles 
  • Weapons of any type
Any prohibited items will need to either be left at the gate/entrance or returned to your vehicle. Louisiana Athletics does not claim responsibility for any items left at the gate/entrance.

MERCHANDISE LOCATIONS

Merchandise locations for the 2024 season are as follows: 
  • The Russo Park store location will be open during tailgating. 
  • The merchandise trailer will be located near the NE gate.

MOBILE TICKETS

Mobile ticketing is required for ALL Louisiana athletic events. Tickets can be accessed through Cajuns Account or through the #GeauxCajuns app on iOS and Android platforms. Please contact the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office for more information by phone at (337) 482-GoUL (4685). 


PARKING
  • Cajun Field parking gates 1 and 5 open at 8 a.m. on game day. 
  • Parking passes are required for any parking lots around Cajun Field.
  • Free general parking will be located at the LITE Center and CGI. 
  • Parking in any residential areas or business parking lots may result in towing. These areas are not monitored by the University, and the University is not responsible for parking in these lots.
  • When approaching Cajun Field, you will be directed by parking enforcement to the appropriate lot. If you attempt to park on your own, you are doing so at your own risk.
  • Trailers are not allowed to park in ANY parking spots. This will result in your trailer being towed.
  • REINHARDT DRIVE CLOSES THREE HOURS PRIOR TO KICKOFF.
  • After Reinhardt Dr. closes, no vehicle traffic can move in or out of tailgating spaces.
  • All parking gates are right turn only as left turns will not be allowed from Congress Street or Bertrand. If you are coming from the University Avenue area, you will need to turn on Johnston Street and turn right on North College Road to get to Cajun Field parking lots.

RCAF
Contributions to the Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Foundation (RCAF) provide annual financial support for Louisiana Athletics' 16 intercollegiate sports and play a direct role in allowing them to compete at the highest level of NCAA Division I competition. To become a RCAF Member, call (337) 851-7223, email RCAF@louisiana.edu, or create a Cajuns Account and contribute a minimum of $50 to the Champions Fund.

Benefits include parking priority, postseason ticket priority, access to special events throughout the year and more, pending RCAF participation level. RCAF parking passes can be purchased for $60 here or by calling (337) 851-7223.You must be a RCAF Champions Fund donor and a football season ticket holder to be eligible to purchase a pass.


RECYCLING
At Cajun Field, recycling and waste containers will be available at every tailgating spot and in other high-traffic areas in and around Cajun Field. Tailgating spots will have green recycling bins and blue trash bins. Inside the stadium, recycling materials (cardboard, cans, bottles and plastic) will go into red containers, while trash will be stashed in black bins.


RE-ENTRY POLICY
There is NO RE-ENTRY allowed during games.


SMOKING POLICY
The University is a smoke-free campus. There is NO SMOKING allowed at any time at Cajun Field.


TAILGATING
All grass areas around Cajun Field are reserved for tailgating. A tailgating pass is required.

Reserved tailgating setup begins at 3 p.m. on the day prior to kickoff.

Reserved RV setup begins at 3 p.m. the day before kickoff.

TICKETS
The Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office is located at the Home Bank Soccer & Track Complex. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Hours may be extended to accommodate the needs of specific events. For ticket information, call the Ticket Office at (337) 482-GoUL (4685) or visit www.ragincajuns.com/tickets.

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
  • Stadium gates open 60 minutes before kickoff.
  • Children under two (2) do not need a ticket. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sight lines of other guests.

HANDICAP SEATING: Handicap patron seating is available in the South End Zone behind Sections 111-115. Standing in these areas throughout the game is not permitted. Contact the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office for more information.

LOUISIANA PLAYER PASS GATE: ALL Louisiana Player Pass tickets are mobile and will be sent out the morning of the game. 

VISITING TEAM PASS GATE: The visiting team pass gate is located at the NE Gate. 

WILL CALL: General Will Call is for customers who have purchased in advance and requested their tickets to be left at Will Call. General Will Call is located at the Russo Park Box Office, which is open on gamedays 4 hours prior to kickoff. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets.

Where do I park if I do not have a pass?
Free general parking will be located at the LITE Center and CGI.

Is general parking free?
General parking is FREE for all Louisiana home games.

Where is handicap parking?
Handicap parking is accessible by turning into Gate 4 from Congress. It is the parking lot on the east side of Cajun Field. If handicap parking is full, you will still be allowed to drop off the handicapped patron near the NE Gate of the stadium and then will be directed to park in general parking.

Where is the Alumni Association tailgate tent?
Alumni Association tailgating is located on the First Base Side of Russo Park main concourse. 

Where is student tailgating?
Student tailgating is located on the Louisiana Football practice field near Gate 5.

Where do I tailgate if I do not have a spot?
Fans can enjoy Cajuns Village to the right of Russo Park without a pass. 

What time is Cajun Walk?
Cajun Walk, powered by Southern Quality Ford, begins approximately THREE AND A HALF HOURS before kickoff. Cajun Walk will begin shortly after the siren sounds.

What time is the Ragin' March Parade?
The Ragin' March Parade begins approximately 75 minutes before kickoff. 

Where can I purchase Ragin' Cajuns gear?
The Ragin' Cajuns Store is located at Russo Park. 

Where can I buy tickets on gameday?
Tickets on the day of the game can be purchased at ragincajuns.com/tickets or by visiting the Russo Park Box Office four hours prior to the game. 

How much are tickets?
Ticket prices are pending location and for game purchased. Pricing can be found at ragincajuns.com/tickets.

How old do children need to be for tickets?
Children two (2) years of age and younger are not required to have a ticket. Children three (3) years of age or older are required to have a ticket.

Where is will call?
Will Call is located at the main ticket booth at Russo Park and opens 4 hours prior to kickoff. 

What time do gates open?
Gates open ONE HOUR prior to kickoff. Fans are encouraged to enter the gates as early as possible as waiting closer to kickoff may result in longer waiting through entrances and bag checking.

Where can I enter with my student ID?
Student IDs WILL NOT be accepted at the gate. Students can claim their mobile tickets online beginning Monday prior to game day, and also purchase student guest tickets for just $10 here. 

Can I enter through any gate at Cajun Field with a ticket?
For the 2024 Season, ALL tickets can enter through SW, NE, and SE gates.

Can I ride my bike to Cajun Field?
Yes, you can ride your bike to Cajun Field. Click here for more information on the routes and location of bike racks.

Are umbrellas allowed in Cajun Field?
Umbrellas are NOT allowed in Cajun Field.

Are backpacks allowed in Cajun Field?
Backpacks are NOT allowed in Cajun Field.

Are strollers allowed in Cajun Field?
Strollers are NOT allowed in Cajun Field.

What size bags are allowed in Cajun Field?
Clear bags that are smaller than 12"W by 12"L by 6"H are allowed in Cajun Field after being checked. Check ragincajuns.com/clearbag for the clear bag policy.

Where are the first aid booths located?
First aid booths will be located on the South and East concourses for the 2024 season.

Are there ATMs at Cajun Field?
There are no ATMs at Cajun Field. 

Where are Guest Services located?
Guest Services will be located just inside of the SE gate behind Section 109.

Where is lost and found?
Lost and found is located at Guest Services. If an item is misplaced at an athletic event and/or around an athletic facility, fans can also send an email to lostandfound_athletics@louisiana.edu  and an athletic representative will be notified.

Who do I contact for an immediate emergency?
For an immediate emergency, call 911.
