PARKING
For RCAF members that have a Lot A pass, it will be honored for the NCAA Regional. 

General admission parking is available at Cajun Field with satellite parking lots available at the Print Shop, Intramural Fields and Blackham Coliseum on Friday and Saturday.

A complimentary shuttle will make stops at the lots to take fans to Lamson Park.

>> Louisiana, Sun Belt regular season champions five years running and winners of 40-plus games for 25 straight seasons, were awarded an at-large berth into the postseason event.

>> The winner of the NCAA Lafayette Regional plays the winner of the NCAA Gainesville Regional headlined by No. 4 national seed Florida.

>> UL ranks No. 1 in the nation in double plays turned. The 44 DPs are the most in the Glasco era, and highest since 2002 (when 25 were turned).

>> The Cajuns defense is fielding .976 the past 38 games (33-5 record); the unit fielded .953 the first 21 games (9-12 record).

>> Sam Landry, owner of 63 career wins, leads UL pitchers with 158 strikeouts.

>> Mihyia Davis is batting a career-best .416, leads UL with 27 multi-hit games and was the only SBC player to reach 80 hits in the regular season.

>> Brooke Ellestad carries a career-high 47 RBI into her first NCAA postseason. She has 12 multi-RBI efforts and posted 43 RBI since March 10.

>> Louisiana is 34-4 when scoring first, though five of the last nine wins since April 23 have come when the opposition scored first.

>> The Cajuns posted six come-from-behind wins the past three weeks.

>> UL is one of the top producers of two-out RBI at 146, with seven players in double digits led by Brooke Ellestad (24) and Alexa Langeliers (20).

>> Brooke Ellestad posted 34 RBI in SBC play, charged by 26 RBI in the first half, becoming the first Cajun to reach the 30-mark since 2017 (DJ Sanders).

>> Mihyia Davis (Player), Brooke Ellestad (Newcomer) and Gerry Glasco (Coach) received top major awards on the All-Sun Belt Team.

>> Louisiana placed a league-high seven players on the All-Sun Belt Team. Honorees included: Mihyia Davis, Brooke Ellestad, Sam Landry, Chloe Riassetto, Sam Roe, Alexa Langeliers and Laney Credeur.

 



NUMBERS TO KNEAUX
3: Entering the NCAA postseason, Gerry Glasco is three wins shy of his 300th career victory.
4: Chloe Riassetto recorded four Top 25 wins: Baylor, Oklahoma, Texas State and LSU. Overall, she posted eight wins vs. Top 75 RPI teams.
9: Sam Landry had a hand in nine of UL's 10 shutouts. She ranks Top 25 nationally with six complete game shutouts.
16: Road wins for Louisiana this spring. Only three teams in the Top 30 RPI had more road wins: Oklahoma State (19), Texas (18), Missouri (17).
44: Number of double plays turned, the nation-leading total, of which 35 were ground ball variety.
70: Mihyia Davis has posted a second straight 70-hit season. She's on pace to challenge the single-season record (92, Danyele Gomez).
