Louisiana Fans Encouraged To "Stand Up To Cancer" For Cajuns-App State Game

Fans arriving early can receive special giveaways

LAFAYETTE – In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Louisiana Athletics and Our Lady of Lourdes Health have teamed up to stand together for those who have battled breast cancer during the Louisiana-App State football game on Saturday (October 12) at Cajun Field.

Fans are encouraged to print out the sign above and bring to the game to participate in "Standing up to Cancer" at the end of the first quarter. Extra signs will be available on game day at Cajuns Village, Guest Services, and tables in the concourse of Cajun Field.

As the game sponsor, Our Lady of Lourdes Health, will also be giving away pink wristbands, foam fingers, and mini fans, so be sure to arrive early.
