Ragin’ Cajuns Head to LSU for Weekend Match

Louisiana heads to LSU in battle of the two highest ranked programs in the state
BATON ROUGE, LA. – Winners of five of their last six matches, No. 58 Louisiana takes on No. 39 `LSU on Sunday, February 26 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The match features two teams ranked in the top 60 in the country according to the ITA.
Last weekend the Ragin' Cajuns reached the finals of the H-E-B Tournament of Champions in Corpus Christi, Texas. Louisiana bested New Mexico State and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi before falling to UTSA in the finals. In the finals, Karlo Kajin and Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez pulled off an upset over a top-10 ranked program and vaulted top No. 35 in the nation for doubles.
LSU has won six straight matches after dropping their spring opener to No. 15 Georgia. They've won all three matches at home this spring, beating Tulane, Lamar, and Southern Miss.
