Men’s Tennis Prepares for Full Weekend

LAFAYETTE - Louisiana Men's Tennis will prepare for a full weekend with a match in Waco, Texas, on Saturday, March 20, against No. 3 Baylor and a doubleheader at home against Alcorn State on Sunday, March 21.
The match in Waco, Texas, will begin at 1 p.m. and the doubleheader at Cajun Courts will start at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., respectively.
After starting the year 1-7, Louisiana is riding a six-match win streak which has gotten them back to .500. The Ragin' Cajuns have won three consecutive doubleheaders against Prairie View A&M, UT Dallas and UT Tyler.
No. 3 Baylor is consistently one of the best teams in college tennis and currently boasts an 17-3 record with seven wins against ranked opponents.
Alcorn State comes into the doubleheader on Sunday with a 3-7 record, with wins over Mississippi College, Jackson State and Mississippi Valley State.
