Louisiana Softball Reschedules Baylor Games for March 4

LAFAYETTE – The 7th-ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball team has rescheduled its Top 25 matchup with No. 21 Baylor with the announcement of a doubleheader set for Thursday, March 4 at Yvette Girouard Field at Lamson Park.

First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., for games originally scheduled to occur during the 35th Annual Louisiana Classics, but were canceled due to inclement weather and cold temperatures.

The doubleheader has been added to the Vermilion season ticket package, as an additional makeup for the canceled Louisiana Classics tournament.

Fans can access new tickets for the Baylor doubleheader, automatically loaded into their Account Manager, through Ticketmaster.

Additionally, previously printed tickets for the Saturday, Feb. 13 Louisiana Classics tournament games can be utilized. Fans can also visit the Louisiana Ticket Office at the CAJUNDOME or the Lamson Park gate to receive new ticket printouts.

The Ragin' Cajuns and Bears will meet at Lamson Park – and on the softball diamond – for the first time since the 2019 season.
