Louisiana (4-6) was in a one-point battle near the midway point each set, holding a 15-14 advantage in both the first and third frames. The Sooners (6-2) managed to find a late push each time to fend off the visitors.
A kill from Dree'Ana Abram drew a 19-all tie for the Ragin' Cajuns in the second set, providing an opportunity to even the match. However, the hosts would record key side outs down the stretch.
