@RaginCajuns and Our Lady of Lourdes Announce Extended Partnership

“The Team Behind the Team”, Lourdes supports all Ragin’ Cajuns sport programs
LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Athletics and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center have announced a new three-year agreement for the hospital as an Official Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Healthcare Alliance Partner. Known as "The Team Behind the Team", Lourdes' trusted healthcare team of more than 1,500 professionals will stand behind Louisiana's student-athletes on and off the field.
"Louisiana Athletics is proud to continue a strong partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes, which provides our student-athletes and coaches with the necessary support to compete for and win championships," said Director of Athletics Bryan Maggard. "Lourdes provides a high quality of healthcare, while delivering the personal touch and attention to detail that is a staple among Acadiana's many residents and businesses."
Among the many services Our Lady of Lourdes provides to the Ragin' Cajuns, the hospital delivers unmatched expertise in: sports medicine, concussion management, advanced imaging and rehabilitation. The partnership provides equipment for teams, training for staff and treatment for Louisiana's more than 450 student-athletes.
"Lourdes is thrilled to extend its long-standing relationship with Louisiana Athletics for another three years," said Bryan Lee, President and CEO of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. "We are proud to be the health care team behind Acadiana's home team."
With coordination from Ragin' Cajun Sports Properties of Learfield, Lourdes will maintain a digital presence across all sports, as well as appear in radio and television advertising during football, basketball and baseball seasons.
"As a long-time supporter and founding member of the Ragin' Cajuns Healthcare Alliance, Lourdes has set the standard in our region for orthopedic care when it comes to the needs of Louisiana's student-athletes," said Brian Bille, Ragin' Cajuns Sports Properties General Manager. "We're proud to establish a long-term partnership that supports our student-athletes and connects to our fans across all sports."
For Saturday's Annual Homecoming Game between Louisiana and New Mexico State at Cajun Field, Our Lady of Lourdes will serve as the game day sponsor. Fans are encouraged to be on the lookout for promotional items from the Lourdes team throughout the day.
