Success at the Judi Garman: The Ragin' Cajuns improved on their school record start and are 26-0 after winning all four games last week, including a 3-0 performance at the Judi Garman Classic. It marked the first time UL has finished undefeated in the tournament since 1994.
 
Dominating at Home: Louisiana holds the nation's longest home winning streak having won 31 straight games at Lamson Park. The Cajuns won their final 15 home contests last year and have rattled off their first 16 of the 2012 season.
 
Cajuns Crack Top 10: The squad stands in at No. 8 in both national polls this week. The Cajuns one of three teams in the top 25 that remains unbeaten. No. 1 Alabama (25-0) and No. 13/14 Louisville (22-0) are the only other teams left with an unblemished record.
 
Crushing the Champs: Louisiana defeated the 2011 Softball College World Series winner and No. 5 Arizona State, 9-2, Thursday at the Judi Garman Classic. The win marked the second time that co-head coaches Stefni and Michael Lotief have knocked off the defending champions since they took over in 2001. The other victory came back in 2006 when UL topped Michigan, 3-2.
 
Series History: The Ragin' Cajuns own a 3-2 edge over Georgia Tech in the series history of the two schools. The Yellow Jackets won the previous matchup, 7-1 back in 2010.
 
Orgeron Closing in on RBI Record: Christi Orgeron ranks second in school and SBC history with 244 career RBI. The senior needs to drive in just three more runs to pass Danyele Gomez as the all-time leader.
 
Myers Garners National Award: Nerissa Myers was recognized by the NFCA as the Louisville Slugger Division I National Player of the Week for games played March 12-18. The junior hit .500, while tallying a team-leading 10 RBI and two homeruns.
 
Cajuns Grab SBC Honors: Louisiana swept the Sun Belt weekly awards as Jordan Wallace was named pitcher of the week and Myers was tabbed as the hitter of the week.
 
Add to the Grand Slam Total: Myers launched her second grand slam of the season in the fourth inning against Fresno State. The Cajuns as a team have combined for seven slams on the season.
 
Countdown to 800: Ashley Brignac ranks fourth in UL history with 756 career punch outs. The senior needs to record 57 more strikeouts to move into third all-time in school history.
 
Cajuns Pace Country in RBI's: Orgeron leads the NCAA with 50 RBI this season as UL is the only squad with multiple teammates in the top 15 on the nation's RBI list. Matte Haack ranks fifth with 37 RBI and Myers is 11th with 33 runs driven in.
 
NCAA's Top Offense: The Cajuns led the nation in scoring last year and are well on their way to repeating the accomplishment this year. UL tops the country with 246 runs averaging 9.46 a game.
 
Fernandez Catching Fire: Natalie Fernandez leads the team with a .444 batting average and is riding an eight-game hitting streak. The sophomore is hitting a torrid 15-for-24 (.625) in her last eight contests.
 
Scouting Georgia Tech: The Yellow Jackets come in with a record of 19-13 and are 0-2 on the road. Georgia Tech has won four of their last five games, including a 2-0 victory over No. 8 Georgia. The ACC opponent has three other wins over top 25 schools, picking off No. 4 Oklahoma, No. 8 Arizona and No. 20 Nebraska.
