Athletics Hosts 2011 Fall Sports Fan Day

The UL Athletic Department held its annual Fall Sports Fan Day on Sunday at the Cajundome. Thousands of faithful Ragin' Cajuns fans came out to enjoy the festivities.

Head football coach Mark Hudspeth gave an inspiring speech before fans met players from the volleyball, soccer and football teams. Click here for a photo gallery.

The turnout for the event was great as over 2,000 Cajun fans were in attendance. Free Borden's ice cream floats were provided along with team posters and autograph books.

The Pride of Acadiana, UL Cheerleaders and Ragin' Jazz boosted crowd excitement with music and oustanding routines.
