No. 28 SMU Proves Too Much For UL

The Cajuns went up against one of the top team in the country but the loss dropped UL to 3-2 on the year.
Audrey Wooland took on the No. 2 player in the nation, Marta Lesniak, but fell, 6-2, 6-2.
In the Cajuns' sole point, Mia Gordon won her second straight match, 6-1, 6-1, downing Kristina Roberts.
Next up for UL will be the first home match of the season. The Cajuns will host conference-opponent Arkansas State on Friday. The match is set for 1 p.m. CT at Cajun Courts on Friday.
