Volleyball Adds Sara Mossakowski During Early Signing Period

The Ragin' Cajuns volleyball team recently added a member to the squad for the 2012 season as Sara Mossakowski signed a National Letter of Intent during the NCAA's early signing period.
 
Mossakowski, of Centennial High School in Frisco, Texas, is also a member of the Instinct Volleyball Club team. She stands at 6'0” and plays mainly outside hitter on the right side.
 
In 2009, Mossakowski received the honors of District 9-4A First Team All-District and the Titan Pride Award. 
 
She also received numerous honors in 2010, including TGCA All-State Team, District 9-4A MVP, District 9-4A First Team All-District, Frisco ISD All-Tournament Player, and Denton Ryan All-Tournament team.
 
Mossakowski carries her success over into the classroom as well.  She was recognized as District 9-4A Academic All-District in 2008, 2009, and 2010.  She is also a member of the National Honor Society.
 
Head coach Heather Mazeitis on the signing, “Sara is a great kid.  She is super athletic and will come in and make an impact right away.  She is the real deal, and we are really excited for her to come.  To top it off she is a great student and a wonderful kid.”
