Women Take Out UNO 6-1 at Home

The Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team picked up its fourth straight win of the season and an important victory over a Sun Belt Conference opponent with a 6-1 win over UNO on Saturday at Cajun Courts.
The Cajuns (6-6) won all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point as well as five of the six singles points.
Audrey Wooland beat Kozue Matsumoto 6-2, 6-3, while Julie Mazinova beat Cassandra Escobar 6-3, 6-0. Briggit Marcovich defeated Amber Garza 6-2, 7-5. Milou Israel beat Kristina Martic 6-1, 6-4 and Tara Vasovic battled back to knock off Sofija Karalic 1-6, 6-1, 2-1.
The Cajuns return to action on April 6 when they face Rice on the road.
