Cajuns Take Out UNO, 7-0

The Ragin' Cajuns men's tennis team defeated Sun Belt Conference opponent UNO on Friday night 7-0 to pick up its fifth straight win and gain valuable seeding for the upcoming Sun Belt Shootout tournament.
The Cajuns (7-9) swept every singles point and won two out of three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.
Neil Schneider and Yanick Mandl both blanked their opponents in the first set and Mandl allowed the fewest points of the night (2) as he defeated his opponent Abdelrahman Zaki 6-0, 6-2.
As a team the Cajuns did not lose a set, with 6-4 being the closest of the sets.
The Cajuns will return to action Sunday at Cajun Courts as they take on Grambling in a make-up game at 7 p.m.
