Cajuns Falter at No. 26 Arkansas

The Cajuns were unable to get anything started on the court in the early goings.
Mia Gordon and Kim Van De Keere Der Host, playing at No. 2 doubles, fell to the No. 59-ranked doubles team in the nation Maryori Franco and Nanar Airapetian. The tandem was the first to fall and dropped an 8-1 decision.
Julie Mazinova and Myrthe Molenveld faught hard but ultimately fell to the No. 23 ranked doubles team of Aurelija Miseviciute and Ela Kaluder.
In singles action, the Ragin' Cajuns were only able to claim one court.
Molenveld won in straight sets over No. 61 Anouk Tigu, 7-5, 6-3. Molenveld's victory on court No. 3 was the last match to finish as it was one of the closes matches played on the day.
Court No. 6 was the first to finish, as Gordon was downed in straight sets.
Mazinova fell in straight sets to No. 2 Miseviciute at court No. 1, and Van De Keere Der Host's straight-set loss on court two sealed the victory for the Razorbacks.
